Cool Seal Automotive Connector Terminal

Cool Seal® connectors are an innovative alternative to heat shrink connectors. Designed and developed by the same company that designed the original heat shrink connectors. Cool Seal® connectors rapidly provide a moisture sealed electrical connection without the need for heat so is ideal for use in tight spaces.

Simple to use :

Step 1: Strip the wire.
Step 2: Insert into connector

Step 3 Crimp the connection using quality crimping tool  PRT5

No heat required, gel starts to cure to 80% in 2 - 3 hours, fully cured in 48 hours.

If a quality crimping tool is used with the correct die formation then the resultant crimp will reach and exceed the requiremnets of pull of tests as specified in EN60352-2
