Use non insulated W shaped crimper to make the crimp then cover with heatsrink. If joining more than 2 cables you will need to use the next size up crimp. I.E. 3 x 2.0mm cables use the 4mm - 6mm u joint crimp.

1970's OEM style Japanese connectors, common on early machines and some later Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha and European bikes. Supplied as 2 rubber housing and 2 male & 2 female brass 3.9mm terminals. Terminals must be crimped using a non-insulated tool that produces a "w" shaped crimp. 

 

Can have cable pigtails added, see below:-

 

Used on Kawsaki 500cc H1 and 750cc H2 CDI units and various other makes of machines.

Suitable crimping tools are HERE.

Suitable for use with 1.0mm² to 1.5mm² thin wall cable

Just what I was looking for. Connector matched up perfectly with 76 GT500 with a dodgy connection to the ignition switch from the loom.
