Kojaycat is a UK‑based retailer specialising in:

  • Electrical connectors
  • Motorcycle wiring diagrams (hard copies only)

We operate through a WooCommerce‑based ecommerce platform.

  • You will not misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its security
  • You will provide accurate information when placing an order

  • Colours may vary due to screen settings
  • Cable lengths cut to order may have slight tolerances
  • Technical information is provided in good faith, however we do not advise on unseen applications.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payment through secure third‑party providers such as:

  • Stripe
  • WooCommerce Payments

Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

📦 5. Order Processing & Contract inFormation

When you place an order:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email
  2. We will review and accept the order. If you place 2 separate orders and want to merge them into one packet then we charge an admin fee of £1 for this service.
  3. A contract is formed once we dispatch your items

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable
  • There is an error in pricing or description
  • We suspect fraudulent activity

If payment has already been taken, you will receive a full refund.

🚚 6. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues
  • Stock availability
  • Public holidays or severe weather
  • if order was placed after 07:00 am as our post goes out to Royal mail sorting office at 8:00am

Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered.

🔄 7. Returns & Refunds

Our full Returns & Refunds Policy applies, but key points include:

  • Physical goods may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging
  • Custom‑cut cable and digital downloads are non‑returnable
  • Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded
